    2. What RealFaces Provides

    RealFaces is a digital marketplace for AI-generated character assets, including high-resolution image bundles and generation prompts. All purchases are one-time, per-character transactions. We do not offer subscriptions.

    3. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from RealFaces. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

    4. Prohibited Uses

    You may not use any content purchased from RealFaces to:

    • Generate, distribute, or promote illegal, defamatory, or harmful content
    • Create NSFW or sexually explicit material
    • Impersonate real individuals
    • Resell or redistribute the raw asset files
    • Train AI models for commercial redistribution using purchased assets

    5. Intellectual Property

    AI-generated character images and prompts are sold as digital goods. RealFaces makes no claim of authorship over AI-generated content beyond what is required to operate this marketplace. Buyers receive usage rights as described in theTerms of Sale.

    6. Disclaimer of Warranties

    RealFaces is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated assets will produce identical results across all tools or model versions.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    RealFaces shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of purchased assets. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific character pack in dispute.

    8. Modifications

    We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of RealFaces after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

    9. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
